If you have an after hours maintenance emergency please call our emergency number, 413-585-1285.
For our tenants located in Amherst, you must adhere to the following Town of Amherst By-Laws.
As of June 2016, KPM will be enforcing our new Police Report Policy for tenants who receive police reports at any property managed by KPM. Click the link above to review the policy.
