          Upon receival of your application or e-application we will reach out to you about providing payment for your half-month's rent deposit which will be applied to your rent upon acceptance. If your application is denied, you will be notified in writing and your deposit will be returned (if you used a check, we will simply shred the check and will not cash it). 
         If you would like to use PayPal to submit your half-month's rent deposit, you may. We would just like to let you know that the deposit will have an additional 3.99% convenience fee added that you will see labeled as "tax". The 3.99% convenience fee will not be refunded if your application is declined, and it will not be tansferred as part of your FMR upon acceptance.

*For all rentals in Amherst, you are required to adhere to the Amherst By-Laws. They are to be reviewed and understood in-depth before signing of any lease. This includes occupancy limits of 4 unrelated individuals per unit.
