Meet the KPM Team

Donna GolecOwner of Kendrick Property Management and Real Estate Broker. Donna bought Kendrick Property Management in April 2014. She has over 30 years in the finance industry as well as 25 years of experience owning personal investment properties. The KPM properties and Associations are treated with integrity and well maintained as these are personal homes and investment properties to our clients. Donna has brought together a team where everyone has unique strengths and skills. Together this team is focused on servicing the properties and our customers with transparency and positive communication.

Lynn Black, Finance Associate, has been with the team since October 2014. She started with our company by handling customer service, collections and rental management functions then jumped over to support our finance functions. Her prior employment skills supported this transition to accounts payable, processing monthly financial statements, and cash management. No matter where Lynn resides she supports the whole team.

Robert Smith, Rental Manager & Real Estate Agent, started with KPM in January 2019. Robert handles leases, tenant applications, background checks, rental listings, social media and much more. He can also be found supporting Customer Service and the Finance functions. Gretchen Bechta, Customer Service Manager, came to KPM in October 2019. Gretchen brings to the team 21 years of customer service and financial support knowledge. She not only coordinates and provides oversight to the front office, she also provides a focus on administrative functions for our condominium associations and property managers.  In addition, Gretchen provides bench strength for the financial associate. Shelly Dobias, Customer Service & Collections, started with KPM in November 2019 after 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable and Collections with a local company. On top of providing customer service, Shelly will focus on our daily collections, receivable and problem solving for our customers in coordination with property managers. Ashley Healy, Customer Service & Condo Administrator, joined the team in May 2014. She handles all backup functions for the office including but not limited to finance, rentals, website and social media, and supporting the property managers. Bob Sears, Property Manager and GM of Maintenance for all properties.  Bob has been with Kendrick since April 2014, and for 7 years prior under previous ownership.  Bob has immense technical knowledge regarding all of Kendrick's managed properties.  He is also our primary, 24-hour on-call maintenance staff member. 

Scott Savino, Property and Operations Manager. 

Scott has been with Kendrick since 2014.  He manages our largest condo associations as its property manager, as well as having oversight over large capital projects and the general maintenance of all of our properties.  Scott also oversees landscaping and snow removal, including contracts, at all our properties. Scott can be reached at scott@kendrickmanagement.com.

Wayne Blair, Maintenance Associate I:  Wayne came to KPM in November of 2019 and brings a wealth of experience in dealing with assorted maintenance issues.  His duties include providing technical support and assistance to the Property Managers, as it relates to the maintenance of residential, commercial, and condo associations. General maintenance includes, but not limited to, technical recommendations, general maintenance (including turnover work inside units), identification of issues, and providing insight for corrections that may or may not be needed.

Ted Anderson, Maintenance Associate II:  Ted has been with Kendrick since March of 2018.  His duties include providing technical support and assistance to the Property Managers, as it relates to the maintenance of residential, commercial, and condo associations. General maintenance includes, but not limited to, technical recommendations, general maintenance (including turnover work inside units), identification of issues, and providing insight for corrections that may or may not be needed.

Luke Murphy, Maintenance Associate III:  Luke came to KPM in August of 2019.  His primary duties include a variety of functions involved in property maintenance by providing support and assistance to the Property Managers, as it relates to the maintenance of residential, commercial and condo associations. General maintenance also includes, but is not limited to, janitorial services, lawn care and snow removal.

KPM holds its employees to a high level of excellence, and the same can be said for our contractors.
