6D & Article VII Certificate Requirements - Kendrick Property Management

To obtain a 6D & Article VII Certificate certificate – the buyer, seller, sales agent or attorney for a property needs to:

1. Submit a completed form Request Form(PDF) or Online Form(SurveySparrow)

2. Email form to condo@kendrickmanagement.com 

3. Processing Fees are: $105 ($125 if rushed, 24-48 hours), see below.

Payment of the processing fee can be made by:

• Credit/Debit card payments – can be made using PayPal​ (an additional 4.37% convenience fee will be included and labeled as "tax" on the transaction.)

• Check and Cash Payments – Write the property name and unit number on the memo line. Make the check payable to Kendrick Property Management and drop off at our office or mail it to:
