Residents may choose to take part in community-wide social activities organized by volunteers and neighbors, or simply enjoy the sense of community that develops through everyday interactions with neighbors while walking the loop roads. Events include seasonal gatherings, holiday celebrations, and informal neighbor-led activities. Many gatherings take place at the community’s large pavilion, which includes a kitchenette and restroom facilities. Participation is intended to foster friendly connection and goodwill among residents.
