Higgins Way HOA, Inc., is a nonprofit membership corporation that serves as a homeowners’ association for the Northview neighborhood in the Village at Hospital Hill. This 19-home community strives to create an environment with respect for diversity, privacy, and engagement. This association believes in the freedom to create a home according to individual preferences with the fewest possible constraints on choices, while at the same time being aware of the impact of individual actions on neighbors and the community. When there are differences, direct, respectful communication with each other is a valued asset. The intention is to listen and understand with curiosity rather than judgment.
