Upon receival of your application or e-application we will reach out to you about providing payment for your agency fee which will be equal to half of 1-month's rent. If you mailed your application in with your check you are all set. Upon approval of your rental application, you Agency Fee payment will be nonrefundable and deposited. If your application is denied, you will be notified in writing and your agency fee will be returned (if you used a check, we will simply shred the check and will not cash it). If your application is approved, but for any reason you change your mind and decided not to accept the available unit you've applied for, Kendrick Property Management will retain your Agency Fee as compensation for services rendered.
If you would like to use PayPal to submit your agency fee, you may. We would just like to let you know that the agency fee will have an additional 3.99% convenience fee added that you will see labeled as "tax". The 3.99% convenience fee will not be refunded if your application is declined.
